Let’s Roast Chestnuts! Remember that song that went “Chestnuts roasting in an air-fryer…”?
Well maybe not the exact words.
This is a video I posted on Youtube in 2020 on Roasting chestnuts.
I mixed truffle oil, sea salt and fresh crushed black pepper tossed it all together with the scored chestnuts. It was delicious.
