Saints & Scholars

I discovered Saints & Scholars located in Yonkers, New York on McLean avenue. I didn’t discover it but you know…

My first visit was with a friend for drinks we ended up having a good time at the bar with some good people. The bartender impressed me keeping up with the orders and still being so nice.  I made plans to come back.

The 2nd visit I ordered the Steak and Fries. “the peppercorn sauce is on the side” said the bartender. Then I realized what I liked about the place.  It’s not a “fancy schmancy” type of place it’s where working folk and some college students meet up, eat good food and have some good drinks.

I will return for sure.
